Forms submitted overnight receive a skeleton itinerary by late morning with EGP estimates. Complex Cairo bundles needing passport checks may take one full business day—we never delay to pressure upsells.

What to include in your message

List travel dates, resort zone, party size, ages of children, diving certification level if relevant, and must-do items ranked by priority. Mention if anyone needs wheelchair-accessible coaches or shallow snorkel only days.

We do not require passport scans in the first reply. Identity verification happens only when domestic flights enter the frame, per our privacy policy.

Payment and invoices

Planning fees invoice after written approval, payable at Sheraton Road or by bank transfer with ETA receipt. Excursion payments remain separate line items. We never request cryptocurrency or wire details by unsolicited email—only through signed quote PDFs you already received from [email protected].

Wheelchair-accessible coaches exist on select Luxor operators but must be reserved early. Snorkel platforms with ladder assistance vary by boat—note mobility needs in your message so we filter operators before quoting.

Can I visit without an appointment?

Yes. Ground-floor reception on Sheraton Road accepts walk-ins. Bring your hotel name and rough dates; coordinators pull printed marina maps while you wait.

Do you answer WhatsApp?

We reply to email and phone during office hours. Messaging apps are used only after you receive a written dossier reference number so records stay consistent.

How soon before travel should I contact you?

Three to six weeks ideal for Luxor and Cairo flight frames during peak winter. Last-minute Hurghada boat days possible within forty-eight hours when wind allows—rush fee applies per pricing page.

Do you book hotels?

We focus on activities and routing. Hotel recommendations appear as neutral notes near your resort belt but bookings remain your responsibility unless group-coordinator contracts explicitly include block rooms arranged by your institution.
